Create your first intake form
An intake form gives every client the same clear starting point. Keep the first version short: you can refine it after seeing real requests.
Build the form
Section titled “Build the form”- Open Forms in Stenz Studio and choose New form.
- Give the form a clear public title and a stable URL slug.
- Add only fields that help you decide whether to discuss the project: placement, size, idea, references, budget range, availability, and client contact details.
- Mark a field required only when you cannot qualify a project without it.
- Add supported body zones and visual branding, then review the public preview.
Publish and test
Section titled “Publish and test”Publishing makes the public URL available. Open it in a private browser window, submit a fictional test request, and check that it appears in Requests. Never use a real client’s information for a test.
If the form is inactive or your plan is not eligible, visitors cannot submit it. Stenz shows the applicable account or subscription state instead of silently losing the request.
Share the right link
Section titled “Share the right link”Copy the public URL from the form screen. You can use the standard Stenz path, an eligible *.stenz.app artist subdomain, or a configured custom web domain. Keep one canonical link in your bio and replace old links when you rename a form slug.
