Account and subscription
Your Stenz account owns the studio workspace. Use the same sign-in method and email address across iOS and Studio so subscription and artist data resolve to the intended account.
Sign-in and account access
Section titled “Sign-in and account access”Use the password reset flow from the sign-in screen if you cannot authenticate. Do not create a second account to work around a subscription or missing workspace: contact support so the original account can be diagnosed without splitting data.
Manage a subscription
Section titled “Manage a subscription”- iOS purchase: Apple manages billing. Open iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Stenz to view, change, or cancel it.
- Web purchase: use the subscription management link shown in Stenz Studio when available.
- Restore: use Restore purchases in the Stenz subscription screen for an eligible Apple purchase.
Cancellation stops future renewal under the store’s rules; it does not normally remove already-paid access immediately. A payment receipt alone may precede server entitlement synchronization, so refresh the subscription screen before repeating a purchase.
Feature access
Section titled “Feature access”Publishing, plan limits, custom domains, payments, invoices, and assistants can require both an active entitlement and feature-specific setup. If one feature is unavailable, verify the account, purchase environment, plan, and required provider connection separately.
Delete the account
Section titled “Delete the account”Account deletion is destructive and affects studio data, public forms, connections, and access. Start it only from the authenticated Stenz account, read the displayed consequences, revoke external connectors, and export anything you are legally required to retain first.
For a billing problem, use Contact support without sending full receipts or payment credentials.
