Understand the request pipeline
The pipeline is the shared status of a project, not a private to-do list. A status change can affect client communication, booking proposals, deposits, and later actions, so review the preview before confirming it.
Statuses
Section titled “Statuses”- New — received and not yet reviewed.
- Reviewing — you are actively assessing the project.
- Accepted — you want to move forward; this is not yet a booked appointment.
- Proposed — one or more appointment options have been sent.
- Booked — the client accepted a valid slot and the booking is recorded.
- Rejected — you decided not to continue.
- Snoozed — temporarily hidden from the active view; Stenz remembers the prior eligible status.
A reliable review habit
Section titled “A reliable review habit”- Open the request and read the submitted fields and safe media preview.
- Add private notes for yourself; they are not a client message.
- Move the request to Reviewing while you decide.
- Choose Accepted or Rejected only after checking the notification preview.
- For accepted work, propose conflict-free slots before marking anything booked.
