Understand the request pipeline

The pipeline is the shared status of a project, not a private to-do list. A status change can affect client communication, booking proposals, deposits, and later actions, so review the preview before confirming it.

  • New — received and not yet reviewed.
  • Reviewing — you are actively assessing the project.
  • Accepted — you want to move forward; this is not yet a booked appointment.
  • Proposed — one or more appointment options have been sent.
  • Booked — the client accepted a valid slot and the booking is recorded.
  • Rejected — you decided not to continue.
  • Snoozed — temporarily hidden from the active view; Stenz remembers the prior eligible status.
  1. Open the request and read the submitted fields and safe media preview.
  2. Add private notes for yourself; they are not a client message.
  3. Move the request to Reviewing while you decide.
  4. Choose Accepted or Rejected only after checking the notification preview.
  5. For accepted work, propose conflict-free slots before marking anything booked.
