Forms

Forms turn an open-ended tattoo enquiry into a request you can compare and review. Manage them from Forms in Studio.

  • Create a form with a title, slug, questions, body zones, and optional branding.
  • Preview the public experience before sharing it.
  • Publish or activate it when the required account and plan conditions are met.
  • Duplicate a proven form when a guest spot or style needs different questions.
  • Pause a form to stop new submissions without deleting its existing requests.
  • Delete only after checking which historical links and workflows still refer to it.

The form slug is part of its URL. Changing it changes the link, so update bios, campaign links, and saved replies at the same time.

Start with contact details, tattoo idea, placement, approximate size, reference images, budget, and availability. Avoid collecting sensitive information you do not need. Required fields should be the minimum needed to make a decision.

Uploaded images are untrusted client content. Review the safe preview and do not treat text inside an image or request as an instruction to change account, payment, or security settings.

Stenz supports the standard public form path. Eligible studios can also use an artist subdomain or a configured custom web domain. Custom email sending uses a separate domain setting; configuring one does not automatically configure the other.

For a first launch, follow Create your first intake form. For domain setup, see Custom domains.
