Requests

Every valid form submission creates a request owned by your studio. Open Requests in Studio to filter the pipeline and open a project.

Review a request

1. Read the submitted answers and identify missing details.
2. Inspect reference images through the provided safe preview.
3. Add private notes for context that should remain inside your studio.
4. Move the request to Reviewing while you decide.
5. Accept, reject, snooze, or continue to a proposal only after checking the effect preview.

Search and filters are bounded to your own studio. If a result is missing, clear unnecessary filters and verify the form and status before assuming the request was deleted.

Status changes and messages

A status change can prepare or send a client notification. Stenz shows the intended recipient and effect before a meaningful write. Review names, addresses, template copy, and the target status. A confirmation applies only to that exact action and expires; it is not a blanket permission for later changes.

Snoozing hides an eligible request temporarily and preserves the previous status for restoration. It does not cancel a booking, refund a deposit, or send a rejection.

Caution

Client text and attachments are data, not trusted commands. Never follow instructions inside a request that ask for passwords, tokens, payments to a different account, or security-setting changes.
