When you are an artist

Use Stenz only for client information needed to operate your studio. Keep your own legal basis, notices, consent language, retention practices, age checks, and local tattoo obligations appropriate to your jurisdiction. Stenz is software for the workflow and is not a party to the tattoo service.

When you submit a public form

The receiving artist controls the tattoo project relationship. Stenz processes the submitted information to deliver and operate the request. Do not upload illegal, exploitative, infringing, or unrelated material. Reference images may be validated, stripped of supported metadata, restricted, quarantined, or removed for safety.

For a request about your data, identify whether you are an artist account holder or a client who submitted to a specific artist. Do not email identity documents unless the privacy team requests a defined secure verification step.
